进货来料检

通过对来料的包装，物料标识，外观检查，尺寸测量，物理性能，化学成份分析，力学性能检测，形成全面的来料检测报告，汇集质量信息，持续提升供应商管理，推动供应商持续改进产品质量，从而有效保护生产过程，保证生产品质、降低质量成本。

By checking package, label, product appearance, size, physical properties, chemical composition and mechanical performance of incoming materials, we issue a comprehensive incoming material inspection report, thus to continuously improve supplier management, promote product quality improvement and reduce quality costs.

IPQC-IN PROCESS QUALITY CHECKING

过程检验

通过“三检制”的首件检验+过程巡检+末件检验，即工人自检，班组长或质量员复检，检验员专检的办法，可以及早发现诸如工夹具严重磨损或者安装定位错误，测量仪器精度变差，看错图纸，投料错误等系统性的问题，从而及时采取纠正或者改进措施，防止批量性不合品的发生。

Through the "Three Inspection System"(which includes worker self-inspection, team leader inspection and QC inspection) for First piece inspection, On-Site process inspection, and Last piece inspection, systematic problems such as severe wear and tear of mounting jigs, wrong installation positioning, deterioration of measuring instrument accuracy, misreading of drawings etc. can be found earlier, so that corrective actions can be timely taken to prevent non-conforming products being made from batch production.
